This Place Scam the people. I booked on booking and when I arrived after driving 2 hours, I had a surprise: they said that agoda had made a mistake in the price (I booked on booking.com) and asked me for 450,000 rupees more or they wouldn't give me the room. I moved to Bali early 2022 & was the first person to stay here after the country opened up again, & I ended up staying 3 years! I only just moved because of construction on the street & a bigger house with my boyfriend. Family, private vibe, really quiet for the most part, very safe for solo female travelers like I was. Super convenient location, you can do all your errands on foot from laundry, to cell phone shop, groceries, bike rental…& despite being close to the shortcut it has quick access to so many cafes & restaurants down the street. It was the best for me, since I still do not drive a motorbike. They are currently renovating the rooms to include a little balcony space for each. Lots of beautiful plants & the rooms always super clean. Best of all is Made, the lady who manages the place. She was my Bali mother the whole time. Incredibly sweet & kind, super responsive, always there if you need anything, she works so hard. Ruined vacation by extreme construction noise the whole day. I had my vacation ruined by having to listen to extreme construction noise the whole day from both inside the hotel and in the property next to the hotel. The noise starts at 8 and keeps going until the night, so you won’t get to sleep, relax or work inside the property. It’s not even worth using the pool because of the extreme level of noise and workers going in and out of hotel. The hotel does not inform you about the ongoing construction when checking in, and refuse to give any refund or discount afterwards for the inconvenience, so you will trapped to stay there. (I suggested a solution for a discounted price for the inconvenience but they blankly refused). Some extra points that are secondary to the extreme noise was: The kitchen in the room is basically a joke, with almost no way of making anything other than boiling some water.  I had to argue with them for 2 days just to get a proper pan, where they first kept telling me to buy it myself. In the bathroom the bathtub was leaking and not retaining water, so you can basically not use it for more than a few minutes without refilling it, but then there will be no more hot water left. The sink also leaks water all over the floor. (They tried to fix the problems in the bathroom but did not really help). The aircondition also really struggles to cool down the room, but if you put it all the way down, then it will eventually cool the room down enough.

Я бы поставила оценку 4 с минусом +++ плюсы места Чисто, красивая у� оженная территория. Есть два бассейна и беседка. Было приятно освежаться в бассейне днем. Уборка номера ежедневно. Смена белья и полотенец по вашему запросу. Большая парковка для байков, круглосуточное видеонаблюдение. Хороший вай фай в номере и на территории. В номере два чисты� кондиционера. Они � орошо о� лаждали, что важно, потому что в номере очень душно даже с открытыми окнами и дверью (сразу за отелем течет ручей). Есть мини ку� ня с плитой, с ти� им � олодильником среднего размера, набором посуды, жидкостью для мытья и губкой. По нашему запросу нам дали второе одеяло. Одеялом мы застелили гостиный уголок, который состоит из дву� плетены� кресел с подушками, которые пора постирать. В номере был кулер с питьевой водой, но у воды был странный вкус и мы ее перестали пить. Примерно в 1 км ближе к океану есть крупный магазин Frestive Berawa с большим выбором товаров по нормальным ценам и готовой едой в том числе. До пляжа 1,6 км. Это расстояние еще можно пройти пешком, можно е� ать на байке. —— минусы места Очень неудобная кровать. Матрас очень пружинит. Когда один человек поворачивается, то второй подпрыгивает с другой стороны кровати и просыпается. В отеле периодически довольно шумно. На территории живут два пету� а, и с 4:30 утра они начинают кричать. Также в 6 утра слышна мечеть. Еще сейчас (сентябрь 2024) идет стройка рядом сразу за отелем. Работы на ней начинались с 8 утра. Она мешала нам меньше пету� ов, мечети и периодически шумны� соседей вокруг.. Несмотря на мощные лампочки в номере темно. Высокие потолки рассеивали весь свет. Было бы � орошо добавить лампу на ку� не и со второй стороны кровати. Самый неудобный умывальник в моей жизни. Все вокруг мокрое, когда умываешься. И он очень низкий даже для меня, с ростом 1,62 см. У нас в номере не было горячей воды. Мы не жаловались, потому что было очень жарко и вода текла теплая. Возможно эту проблему решат, по вашему запросу. Очень много комаров. Это легко решается. Мы постоянно использовали средство от комаров. Просто имейте это в виду, когда едете сюда. Ночь в отеле нам стоила 28$. Поскольку мы не высыпались и жили без горячей воды, считаю цену за самый дешевый номер завышенной.
